Lindsay's Senior Session | Penn State Class of 2021

This past Friday, Catherine and I met up with this beautiful PSU Grad for her senior session! Everyone meet Lindsay! Lindsay is a senior from New Jersey. She will be graduating from Penn State this Spring with her degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education. She was a student and a student-teacher in one of the strangest academic years ever!

Lindsay and her sister Delaney, who is a freshman at Penn State, met Catherine and me at the lion shrine at 7:30 am. We're always thankful for seniors who don't mind waking up for a morning session.

Lindsay hopes to teach kindergarten after graduation. For her session. she brought her a favorite children's book! We love when seniors bring props or special items along with them! Also, who doesn't love "The Very Hungry Caterpillar"?!

The cutest and sweetest future teacher! Her students are going to love her!

You know you have a supportive sister when she's willing to wake up with you for your sunrise session! We love the fact that Delaney came along to join us for photos! How special that these senior and freshman sisters got to be at Penn State at the same time!

Shoutout to Delaney for helping us carry around gowns, coats, phones. etc. (and doing it in heels! My hero!). I loved hearing Delaney hype Lindsay up while we took her sister's photos! What a strong friendship and support system these two share with one another.

We tried leaving the lion shrine, but the soft lighting was coming through the nearby trees at the perfect time! We had to get a few more pictures before leaving!

After the lion shrine, we headed over to Penn State's Old Main for more photos.

At Old Main, we met up with Lindsay's boyfriend, Jordan, who is also graduating this spring! He had his senior portraits taken the day before, but still came out to join us on this early morning. We loved meeting him! Thank you so much for coming, Jordan!!

We finished up Lindsay's session at the Pennsylvania State University sign at Beaver Stadium. This one was another favorite! I took this one and remember thinking how much I thought Lori, their mom (who I had been emailing) would love it! This one is for you, Lori! I. absolutely adore your daughters!

Congratulations to Lindsay and Jordan on your upcoming graduation. Thank you so much for giving us the chance to celebrate this huge achievement with you and for an absolutely amazing morning.

Lindsay, I can't wait to see where the future takes you. I know you are going to inspire so many kids and people in your life. Penn State is lucky to have had you for the past four years. Thank you for your infectious joy, even at 7 am. Congratulations again!
