David + Kirsten Feature Film | Succop Nature Park
On Friday, June 7, 2019, I picked up Evan from his office early and we headed to Succop Nature Park in Butler, PA. It was a sunny drive as we went over our game plan for David and Kirsten's wedding day. As we stopped for a quick few shots of the Succop sign, we were welcomed by the groomsmen who were also arriving!
The house on the Succop property featured beautiful white brick and a dark red door. While we introduced ourselves to the florist and wedding planner, we could hear laughs coming from the bridal suite. Joy filled the rooms of the historic mansion as Kirsten and David prepared for their ceremony.

Their ceremony was held on the terrace in front of the mansion. Flowers and blush cloth draped their wedding arch. Guests filled the white chairs as Joyce, of Pittsburgh Wedding Music, welcomed them with beautiful music from her electrical violin. The procession began and David's excitement grew as the final members of the bridal party entered and it was finally time to see his bride walk down the aisle. His reaction is one of our favorites!
Kirsten and David personalized their wedding ceremony with readings and blessings read by their mothers and also with their own written vows. Since these vows were filled with so much of their journey, we wanted them to be a focus in their feature film below! Enjoy!
The love that these two share is not only joy-filled and fun, but it is a love filled with appreciation for one another. No matter the distance, or other struggles they face, they face them together, and always remember how lucky they are to have each other.
We felt so incredibly blessed to share this special day with Kirsten and David. We are grateful that we got to capture a love like theirs, a love so easy and so natural. Thank you for letting us celebrate with you all and for inspiring us to play "Ocean Avenue " at our wedding!
